Level One Course
2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on size of class Read Chapters 1-5 and 9 before our first meeting (feel free to email me any questions that come up for you) Next Step: ✨I will send you a distance Reiki healing one of the days of the week before your Attunement ✨Level One Attunement will be scheduled individually based on your schedule (45 min - an hour) Next Step: ✨Complete Level One healing practice on your own. If you are completing the Level 1 Course only then once you have completed your healing practice list you and I will follow-up and talk about your experience and go over any questions you have and celebrate the great experiences you will have with Reiki up to this point! If you are also completing the Level Two Course here are the Next Steps: Level Two Course 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on class size Level Two
