Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 7/15/2026

Our goal is to provide a high-quality educational experience while recognizing that unexpected situations may occur.

Student Cancellation

  • Cancellations received 14 or more days before the class will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before class may receive a credit toward a future course.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class are eligible for a refund only if the vacant seat is filled by another participant. If the seat is not filled, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Transfers

If space is available, registration may be transferred to another scheduled course with advance notice.

No-Shows

Participants who do not attend their scheduled class without prior notification are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Instructor Cancellation

If Lisa Moore Massage must cancel or reschedule a class due to illness, weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to another available class.

Lisa Moore Massage is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel costs, lost wages, or other incidental expenses.

Weather

If severe weather creates unsafe travel conditions, participants will be notified as soon as possible regarding postponement or cancellation.
